Lab experiment analysing thermal and electrical properties of light emitting diodes of high efficiency. By measuring and plotting the voltage-temperature graph and voltage-current graph in different settings, one can calculate parameters describing the LED and also it's luminous efficacy. This is especially interesting, as the LED used is highly efficient.
